At Build A Glow, we aim to deliver your skincare and cosmetic products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our delivery terms and process.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £50.
Orders below £50 will incur a standard shipping fee as displayed at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at care@buildaglow.co.uk before the order is shipped.
While we strive to deliver your products promptly, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
We take great care in packaging all items securely.
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@buildaglow.co.uk with photos of the package and products.
We will investigate with the courier and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund) as per our Refund & Return Policy.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country’s customs authorities.
Build A Glow is not responsible for delays or fees resulting from customs processes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs payment, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Re-shipping fees will apply.
Once an order is placed, it enters processing quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
